Rewrite Your Past

If you don't like some of the experiences you have had in your past, rewrite them. If you have had unpleasant or even nasty experiences, rewrite them. Rewrite your past lest it affects your future. Continuing to dwell on undesirable past experiences will keep on perpetuating them into future experiences. Rewrite your past so you can have a different future!

Your daily thinking routine . . .

You can't experience anything outside of your current way of thinking simply because you won't see what you are NOT looking for. If you are consistently focused on apples and think only of them, you will only see apples. Even if an orange passes right under your nose you will not see it! So if there is something you would like to be part of life you need to incorporate it into your daily thinking routine. And if there is something part of your current experience but you would rather it not be, then you need to let it drop away from your daily thinking routine.

Knowing what you want!

We never know more clearly what we DO want when we are experiencing or have experienced what we DON'T want. When you have been completely broke it has fueled your desire to have more money. When you have been completely powerless it has fueled your desire to have more power. When you have been completely alone it has fueled your desire to have more friends and supporters. Value the experiences of what you don't want for showing you more clearly what you DO want and helping you create a better and improved and ever-evolving life for yourself and those around you.

Which feels better?

Which feels better: to go into debt or to wait until later? Which feels better: to say that you have settled for less, or to say that it will be part of your future experience? Which feels better: to appreciate what you have already accomplished or to condemn what you have not yet accomplished? Which feels better: to look for what is going 'right' in a situation or to look for what is going 'wrong' in a situation? Think about it: which feels better?

Did you know we are all born with an innate drive to feel good? It drives everything about us. All of our goals, decisions, actions, desires, ambitions, and addictions are based on the belief that we will feel good in the obtaining of them. There is a very powerful reason why we have this inbuilt drive to feel good. It is our Innate Guidance System. It is our Emotional Guidance System. It is our Evolutionary Guidance System guiding us in every moment towards what life has inspired us to want. And we always have the choice in every moment to go with feeling good or not . . .

It is a very simple yet powerful technique to get you orientated towards what you are wanting rather than looking into a sea of unlimited choices -- some desirable and some not so desirable.
