If you are in a situation and you don't know which way to turn or which choice to make, ask yourself this: "What is it that I do want? What do I really want out of this? What is my personal choice here? What is most important to me?" It is a very simple yet powerful technique to get you orientated towards what you are wanting rather than looking into a sea of unlimited choices -- some desirable and some not so desirable.
